What kind of mail could I receive and how does it work?
You might get things like legal notices (Including service of legal process), official state correspondences, annual reports notices, or junk mail (which we'll shred for you). For legal service of process and other urgent mail, we will upload the documents to your Online Virtual Mailbox and then email and text you to let you know there's mail in your account Including remainders.
Change Plans Anytime:
Anytime you need to change plans you can change your plan. Upgrade or downgrade your plan at no additional cost and you can do it from your Client Account.
If I start on a monthly plan, can I switch to an annual subscription and get 2 months free?
Yes! You can start on a monthly plan and upgrade your account to an annual plan at any time.
How to cancel a plan:
You can cancel your plan from your Client Account.
When should I cancel my account?
We recommend that you ensure your mail will arrive at your new location before canceling your account. If you set a temporary change of address via USPS with a set end date, your mail will return to its original destination at the end date. If you had a permanent change of address or gave out the address directly, then you will need to contact those senders again and give out the new address directly. We recommend that you do this before canceling your account.
What happens to my mail after I cancel my account?
We will continue to receive any mail that comes to your account for up to 2 months after your account i s closed. If you receive mail you will receive notification for 60 days and you can log in your account and have it forwarded. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 to forward mail after an account has closed. After the 60 day period all mail will be sent back to the sender.
Are there any contracts?
No! Our subscription is month to month or you can subscribe to an annual plan to get 2 months free.
How much does it cost to scan my mail?
Unlimited - Open and Scan is included in your client account
Shredding:
All shredding is done on site. Your privacy is important to us and we shred mail for free.
Do you offer Fax services?
Yes, we have fax services at our physical location or you can have one of our virtual assistants to complete the task for you.
Do I need to live in a certain state to use your service?
No, we provide mailing addresses so anyone from any state may use our service. We provide the use of our home based location in Greensboro, NC.
Can I use this service for my business?
Yes! This service can be used for a business and you can add business names to your account.
Can you sign for mail that requires a signature?
Yes, we will sign for you mail on your behalf
Are your addresses a PO Box or Physical Street addresses?
We only provide a physical street addresses
Can I receive mail sent by UPS and FedEx to my Virtual Mailbox?
Yes, we have a real street address so you can receive from any carrier any is held at our location.
Can I pick up my mail?
Yes, you may pick up mail during office hours.
How long will you hold my mail/package?
Our storage for packages is climate controlled and under video surveillance and all packages are encoded with barcodes so we can easily track and find your items. We store all physical envelopes and packages for up to 30 days for free. After 30 days, we automatically shred the physical envelopes and discard the package on site for Free. If you wish for us to hold an envelope or package for longer than 30 days, you can request a “Hold” on that item from within your virtual mailbox. We charge $.50 per envelope per day or per pound of packages per day, to hold any items beyond 30 days.
Envelope/Package Forwarding:
We will receive any size envelope/package and forward it to you anywhere in the world. Your mail and packages are received and stored at our Physical street address, to be forwarded, scanned or picked up.
How often will you forward my mail?
If you need a physical envelope forwarded to you, we can do this at any time and forward it anywhere in the world. We will forward as often as you need. You can also set up an Auto-Forwarding schedule.
How much does it cost to forward my mail to me?
Mail Forwarding is available anywhere in the world. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. We can ship your items individually or we can consolidate them at no extra charge. We simply charge Postage + $5 per shipment (not per item). So a shipment of 5+ items is still Postage + $5 for all 5 items to be forwarded to you.
Can I have more than one name or business on my account?
Yes! Each plan includes a certain number of recipients. You can view how many recipients each plan allows for - check pricing plans.
Recipients:
A recipient is anyone that is going to be receiving mail under their name or a business name. A recipient can be spouses, kids, personal business, employees or friends.
What are additional mailbox recipients?
Additional mailbox recipients are other family members, individuals, or business names that you wish to receive mail under that particular name to your mailbox. For example, a husband and wife on an account would count towards two recipients on your account. Minors can be added to an account but do not count towards your recipient's limit.
Security:
Our location is not open 24 hours so all activity is monitored. Our facility and systems are monitored 24/7, 365 days per year.
Are employees given background checks?
Yes! All our Virtual Assistants are thoroughly screened and go through a verified background check and regular security awareness training.
Do you open my mail?
Only if requested, we scan the outside of the envelope, then you can have the item scanned and opened or forwarded to you.
Do you offer 2 Factor Authentication?
Yes, we offer 2 Factor Authentication on client accounts.
What is USPS Form 1583?
The USPS Form 1583 is required by the United States Postal Service to be completed by all of our customers in order to give us permission to receive your mail. The USPS Form 1583 does not redirect your mail or control its delivery. The form is simply to give us permission to receive your mail. In your client account you will be able to complete the USPS Form 1583.
Do I need to complete the USPS Form 1583?
Yes. After your client account is set up you will need to complete the USPS Form 1583. The USPS Form 1583 is needed in order to establish a private mailbox in the United States. Most people are able to complete their form the same day they sign up.
Does the USPS Form 1583 have to be notarized?
No, after you’ve completed the form in your account, you may meet with a notary virtual assistant, who will meet with you in our virtual office via video conference and perform an E-signature and verify your identity. If you are unable to perform this task you will need to have the form notarized and uploaded to your account.
After I complete the USPS Form 1583, will my mail begin coming to the physical location?
No, the Form 1583 only gives us permission to receive your mail. After you complete the USPS Form 1583, you must still issue a change of address with the USPS or contact your senders and give them your new address.
Can I get help to complete the USPS Form 1583?
Yes, when you get a Client Account with us you meet with us in our virtual office, and if you need help completing the form the notary virtual assistant will help you complete the form.
Need to redirect your mail
1. Inform any contacts of your new address
2. File a Temporary Change of Address Form with your local post office or File online with USPS.
3. File Form 1583:
This form is required by the United States Postal Service, along with two forms of ID, verifying your identity and to authorize us to receive and manage your mail addressed to you or your company name.
4. Upload Form 1583 to your Online Mailbox and we will do the rest.

Our Virtual office is available to the public with a Mailbox Client Account. All our Clients receive the use of our Virtual office service which is included as a service in your Client Account. Our Virtual office Service allows for complete privacy of your personal home address and reduces junk mail to your private address.

We have available Mailbox Rentals or Virtual Mailboxes. A Virtual Mailbox is included in selected Client Accounts. Without a Service Client Account, you may still access our Virtual Office Services with a Mailbox Client Account.

Our Mail Services are available to our Mailbox Rental & Virtual Mailboxes Clients. We accept mail from any carrier for you to be picked up, forwarded to your address on file.
Professional Service Rentals
Co-Working space is a space that allows you to work with internet access. We have co-working spaces available and located at our Virtual Office. Along with furnished office rentals, cubicles and conference room rentals. We offer a content room as well for content, production, photo, and podcast creations. You will need to hire a Production manager to reserve the content creation rooms.
WIFI & Ethernet
Free WIFI is included with all our Virtual Office Services.
Need a more secure access rent a Ethernet cable for any service for $5.00 per day.

What is a Virtual Mailbox?
A virtual mailbox is a digital mail service that provides your business with easy, worry-free mail handling. Cloud storage for documents and are available in real time. You’ll get a text and email notification, of the outside of the envelope, anytime something is uploaded to your Mailbox. Your digital mailbox will be used for business correspondence, mail receiving and forwarding services with our address as your business address, which is not a P.O. Box. You get a virtual mailbox number to identify your account. You will use this address to receive any mail, used as if your business had a physical address and you have your mail delivered to that address. Gives your business a physical location without having to be there.
Once you receive notification of mail, inform us on how to handle the item we will: forward, schedule a pickup, or shred it.
